Play Dough

• 1 cup cold water 
• 1 cup salt
• 2 tsp vegetable oil 
• 3 cups flour
• 2 Tbsp cornstarch 
• Tempura paint or food coloring 

Mix the water, salt, oil, and enough tempura paint to make a bright color. 

Gradually add flour and cornstarch in until the consistency of bread dough.
