| Message: | Most of the songs in the Christmas plays are so old that copyright isn't an issue anymore (once a song has existed for a certain length of time it's copyright free)... so it's my understanding that songs like Silent Night and Feliz Navidad are copyright free For songs like Six White Boomers, there still is copyright attached -- so it depends on whether you want the kids to just sing it unaccompanied or if you want the music playing in the background. Rolf Harris (the original writter of the song) has posted the lyrics on his website, which sort of leads one to believe he's ok with the kids singing them unaccompanied http://www.rolfharris.com/lyrics/boomers.shtml He also sells the album with the song on it (the 4th album down) if you're wanting the music playing along as the class sings http://www.rolfharris.com/tracks.shtml I hope that helps!
