| Message: | Try a website called Beachbody.com. I got a series of 3 tapes/dvds that is called Slim in 6 and they worked wonders! It's a pretty intense workout (you do it 6 days a week for 6 weeks) but it was well worth it. It's about $49 for the tapes. |
