| Message: | Yay!! It's always such a relief when parenting stuff sorts itself out. I was stressed today because it was "eye doctor day" and Tasha (age 10) was VERY upset about going. We all though the doctor would say she'd need full time glasses, but he surprised us by saying she needs them for school (the board, etc) but not all the time (she actually reads better without them). She was SO happy and I was so relieved that I could put off this particular parenthood stressor for at least another year (hopefully some more of her classmates have glasses by then and it won't seem like such a big deal for her).
