Subject:  Re: Back-to-school blues and heebie-jeebies!!
Message:  I remember that feeling, both when I started Junior High, and again when I started High School. It brought about new students, new fashion trends, new classes, new teachers, etc. The jittery feeling goes away as you start to meet new people and try new things. Try joining a school sport, club, or other school activity to meet new people. Trying something that is out of your "norm" is a great way to meet new people from different cultures and backrounds that introduce you to new places, people, and things. When choosing classes, don't pick them because everyone else does, they are the easiest, or because the teacher is the nicest, choose them because you are interested in them. Most of all, just be yourself, and don't try to be or act like anyone else but yourself. People will accept you for you in time for who you are, and those that won't, aren't even worth hanging around with anyway. Have fun and be yourself, school can be great and you just might learn something *laugh*
Love in Christ,
Sarah in California
