| Message: | Ally, Don't feel alone, everyone gets nervous when they are starting something new - - especially grownups:) Here is one little tip that might help you find the right frame of mind for school: go to your local library check out some books on Anne Frank, or even more recently, little girls in Afghanistan during the Taliban rule. I think you will gain a whole new respect for learning once you hear first hand from other little girls who were denied the right to do so! Plus, you will be learning about history, which can come in handy during tests:) I know this won't take away your jitters, but it will give you something else to think about. |
