| Message: | My 6 year old just started playing soccer for the first time (which puts him 2 years behind most other kids on the team). He isn't having any trouble with the 'sport' part, (kicking, passing, etc.) but he and I don't know much about the rules of soccer. Can someone give me a good overview of the game, player positions, and some of the terms? I've heard moms throwing about words that have no meaning to me. I think my son will be a lot more comfortable when he knows what to do in a game. Thanks!! |
