| Message: | Have you ever seen any Veggie Tales videos? I think they would be very helpful to you. The story lines are a bit complicated for puppet shows, but I think you could get some basic ideas and then make your own show. Each video is centered around one specific Bible verse and they all have cute little stories that kids love. Perhaps you could even use the church's VCR (if they have one) and show one of the videos occasionally (just to give yourself a break from puppet shows). Plus, DLTK has lots of Veggie Tales crafts and I think you could come up with something really simple that little ones could do (like glue toilet paper roll Veggie Tale characters together and then use them as puppets while you put on a show). I've memorized all of the videos (from REPEATED watching at home) and the one you will want regarding kindness is "LarryBoy and the Fib From Outer Space." |
