Getting rid of the header and footer is easy and is done on your end.
NETSCAPE: click File, Page Setup and click off the checkboxes that say header and footer You can also change margin sizes in here if you ever have trouble fitting things on the page
EXPLORER: click FILE, PRINTER SETUP. In the middle (ish) of the screen are two lines -- one says header and one footer. They have a bunch of gibberish beside them. Erase all the gibberish so the spaces are blank. You can also change your margins in here.
