Hanli, I teach in an enrichment program where we do many arts and crafts activities. Besides printing from the web, I buy books from a local teacher supply store. I recently bought a book called "The Best of the Mailbox Magazine Arts and Crafts" Grades 1-3. It's by The Education Center, and the ISBN number is 1-56234-324-6. The book runs around $15, but it has 184 crafts that cost virtually nothing to make. Almost everything is made from construction paper or household items (empty milk jugs, string, paint). Reproducibles are also included. You can buy it at any teacher supply store, or order it from the web at www.themailbox.com.

http://www.copycatpress.com has a few printable projects as well, you just have to go to their archive.
