I think Awesome Apple and the Four Food Groups mobile are my favorites.
Remember that if the kids are older, you can print out the B&W templates for the paper crafts, trace them onto craft foam in the appropriate colors and glue that together. Use markers for any detail that's too small for the craft foam (like a smiley mouth)
