That's a tough one! I haven't seen many sites that target the grade 7+ set.
I would suggest you poke around in
http://k12.msn.com/LessonConnection/Teacher.asp
Just choose the subject you're interested in and click the 6-8 grades box
It gives a good list of available material -- not all of them involve printables, but many do.
