I would check out the garden stores and purchase any ladybug garden decorations to be used as party decorations and next spring they can be used in your garden. Another idea I have is to get red or orange cloth to cover your table. Cut out various sizes of circles from black construction paper and place them all over the table. The best invention ever is the clear plastic table cover that you'll place over the cloth and constuction paper circles to keep everything dry and somewhat in place. If your table allows, place those picnic table clips onto the table coverings so the kids don't pull on the tablecloth and move (spill) anything on top. You can also play pin the dot on the ladybug(instead of pin the tail on the donkey) At this age, it is important for everyone to win, so it doesn't matter where the dot is placed, just make a big deal about how well the child has placed his/her dot! Have a great party!
