I can't remember exactly how this goes, but it is something like this...
Put water, wiggly eyes, mini top hats, and a broken off tooth pick painted orange in the jar. Tie a note around the neck of the jas that says Florida snowman.
Maybe some one else who has seen this can fill in the details a bit better.
