Have you considered using your peanut butter jars to make either soup in a jar gifts or cookie mixes in a jar. Then tie a pretty bow, with the recipe attatched. There are lots of different recipes available to do this with. For a craft if they are small you can have your kids pour in different colors of sand to make sand pictures. You could also use different colors of beans or peas.
