My favorite are Cinnamon dough ones -- they smell so good (they aren't edible)
Mix
1 1/2 cups ground cinnamon 1 cup applesauce 1/3 cup white glue (school glue)
Knead in a bowl until it's a dough and let rest 30 minutes
roll out on a sheet of wax paper to about 1/8 inch thick and cut with cookie cutters. Poke
Poke a hole in the top so you can hang with a string
Set aside somewhere (on the wax paper) for 5 to 7 days to air dry
Paint with dimensional fabric paint once dry if you like
