The cinnamon applesauce ornaments do smell good. If you are making these for a large group, you may want to ask your local grocery store bakery manager for the cinnamon. They can usually get the cinnamon for you much cheaper. Many bakery managers are willing to do this, especially for non-profit groups. It never hurts to ask. :)
