I believe that Party City has a magician section of their party ideas. Go to the Yellow Pages and hit up the Magic Stores. As for Dad, a costume store should have a cheap tux he can rent with the top hat, etc. In Michigan there is a store called Gags & Gifts, they have a lot of neat stuff for party favors. Sounds like a lot of fun.
