Blues Clues Cake

"...when I opened the fridge to show my daughter the finished product, the way her whole face lit up was absolutely priceless! She loved it and still talks about it all the time.  It made it all worthwhile! Everyone at the party was very impressed and they couldn't believe I had made it myself! I thought I would send along a photo of the end result and also say that since I didn't have any wiggly eyes to use, I put a large marshmallow in the freezer for a minute just to firm it up a little.  I then cut it in half and put the cut sides down onto the cake.  Using a dot of frosting as glue, I attached a chocolate chip in the center to make each eye."   Tricia
