Nutrition Coloring Pages and Posters

Even if you have a color printer, I prefer the black and white version which the kids can color in themselves.  These pages represent mainly the fruits and vegetables groups, but you can find a few of the other four food groups in here as well.

You can use the color posters to make decorated binders for school.

Instructions:

• Click on the link of your choice (below)to print the template.
• Close the template window after printing to return to this screen.
• Set page margins to zero if you have trouble fitting the template on one page (FILE, PAGE SETUP or FILE, PRINTER SETUP in most browsers).

There are a few 'not nutritious' coloring pages in here.  This gives you the chance to quiz the kids on which are and which aren't and to start a discussion about when it's ok to have special treats ("sometimes foods") that aren't nutritious -- I mean, who wants an artichoke with candles in it for their birthday?! *grin*
