Coca-Cola Cake

Ingredients:

• 1 cup butter or margarine, softened
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 3 tablespoons cocoa
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup buttermilk
• 1 cup Coca-Cola
• 1 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
   
  Coca Cola Icing:
• 1/2 cup butter or margarine
• 3 tablespoons cocoa
• 1/3 cup Coca-Cola
• 1 (1-pound) box confectioners sugar
• 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions:

• Combine all ingredients except marshmallows in large mixing bowl
• blend at low speed in mixer
• blend well, then add marshmallows by hand
• Pour batter into greased 13 x 9 inch pan
• bake at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
• cool 15 minutes and then spread icing.
   
  Coca Cola Icing:
• Combine all ingredients except pecans and beat until smooth.  Then stir
  in the cup of pecans and spread on cake.
