Coca-Cola Cake

Ingredients:
- 1 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 ¾ cups sugar
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup buttermilk
- 1 cup Coca-Cola
- 1½ cup miniature marshmallows
Coca Cola Icing:
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- 1/3 cup Coca-Cola
- 1 (1-pound) box confectioners sugar
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients except marshmallows in large mixing bowl
- blend at low speed in mixer
- blend well, then add marshmallows by hand
- Pour batter into greased 13 x 9 inch pan
- bake at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
- cool 15 minutes and then spread icing.
Coca Cola Icing:
- Combine all ingredients except pecans and beat until smooth. Then stir
in the cup of pecans and spread on cake.
