Hula Cooler
- 2 oranges
- 1 lemon
- 1 banana
- 8 oz can of pineapple
- 2/3 cup pineapple juice concentrate
- 1 cup crushed ice
Squeeze juice from oranges and lemon into a blender.
Add a peeled banana, the contents of an eight-ounce can of pineapple (with the juice), 2/3 cup pineapple juice concentrate, and a cup of crushed ice.
Blend until smooth and pour into six paper cups.
Freeze until firm and eat with a spoon.
Makes 6 servings
