Jello Cake

Ingredients:
- 1 white cake mix
- 1 large box of your favourite Jello flavour or holiday color
Green for St. Patricks, Red for Christmas, Canada Day or Valentines, Orange
for Halloween...)
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 3 teaspoons juice
(Juice flavour should match the Jello flavour)
Directions:
- Mix cake as box recipe directs
- Add box of Jello
- Bake as cake mix directs
- Mix frosting while the cake bakes:
- mix 2 cups of powdered sugar and 3 tablespoons of juice until it is
runny
- When cake is just out of the oven poke holes into the cake with a knife or
fork.
- Pour frosting all over the cake and allow it to absorb through holes and
let cool
Kids love it!
