DEEP-SEA MACARONI SALAD

- 1 cup shell macaroni uncooked
- 1 cup cooked peas
- 1 (7-ounce) can flaked tuna, crab or shrimp
- 1 small grated carrot
- 1 stalk celery, diced
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Cook macaroni following package directions.
Drain; rinse with cold water.
Place in medium sized bowl with peas, tuna, carrot and celery.
Combine mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar and salt.
Pour over other ingredients. Toss lightly.
Serve in lettuce cups, garnish with hard-cooked egg slices and tomato wedges, if desired.
Makes 6 servings.
