We generally make these for the New Year, but anytime is a great time. There are many variations depending on where in Mexico you originate.

Mexican Bunuelos
 • tortillas
 • cinnamon
 • sugar
 1.  Deep fry flour tortilla in oil until light brown and drain. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Enjoy.
 2.  Some people use maple syrup instead of cinnamon sugar but this makes them soggy in my opinion.
