Campfire Eclaires
Ingredients:
• premade biscuit dough
• favourite pudding
• chocolate icing
Directions:
1.  Use a premade biscuit, wrapped around a stick tightly hold over heat of fire till lightly browned.
2.  Remove from fire, fill using favorite pudding (choolate or vanilla are best) in a ziplock bag that has
     one end cut off like a decorator's bag.
3.  Finally spread chocolate icing on top.
4.  Enjoy!
