These cookies are great anytime of the year. They puff up and aren't too sweet.

Sour Cream Cookies
Ingredients:
• 1 cup cream or soured cream (add a tsp.
   vinegar to sour)
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 3 tsp. baking powder
• 2 eggs
• approx. 3 cups flour
Directions:
1.  Mix all ingred. together.
2.  Roll out, about 1/4 inch thinck.
3.  Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes.
