Tasha (age 8) can made this recipe on her own (the no-cook kind), but I try to give her a hand whenever I'm "allowed" *grin* -- it's good mommy/daughter time. (I melt the chocolate.) Make haystacks to represent baby Jesus lying in the hay in the manger. This is really easy. No oven involved, just the microwave.

(No Picture Available)

Baby Jesus Haystacks
 • 1 package choc chips,
 •  cup peanut butter,
 • 4 cups chow mein noodles,
 • mini marshmallows.
 1.  Melt choc chips and peanut butter together for 1 min in microwave, stir and microwave for additional 1
min until melted. Add chow mein noodles and stir with 2 spoons/forks as tossing a salad.
 2.  Drop onto waxed paper.
 3.  Add a marshmallow to represent baby Jesus.
