DLTK's Crafts for Kids
Paper Crafts Index
I'm not going to put age ratings with the individual crafts unless they
are atypical. Cut and paste paper crafts are usually the easiest on the site. Unless
otherwise indicated, they are suitable for Ages 2+. It's easy to expand
these crafts to target older children -- check out DLTK's
"Grow With Me" Craft Concept
If you're new at crafting with young children (or are frustrated with the
process), you might want to read the blurb I wrote as part of the frog craft. It might give
you some ideas on how to go about crafting with little ones! You might

on Crafting with Preschoolers.
Idea from a viewer:
Before doing the project, I brush it with stamp
glue. Then the kids can lick and stick the paper craft together
after they color and cut it out. It's less messy (for car or airplane
travel) and a nice change from regular gluing.

Idea from a viewer:
My kids love the alphabuddies (one of the paper crafts) and I just wanted to share with you how we used them.
After cutting them out we glue them to junk mail envelopes that have been stuck together and the bottoms cut off to make alphabuddy
puppets. Then the kids put on an alphabet play. I have also used them for individual
students I tutor to make their own alphabuddies alphabet books. The kids love the crafts no matter how we make them.
Keep up the great work! Cyndia
