Anzac Day Bingo Dauber Coloring Pages
Contributed by Leanne Guenther
Use bingo daubers, cheerios, stickers or pom poms to fill in the circles on these poppy coloring pages.
Materials:
printer,
paper,
bingo daubers (or cheerios, pom poms or stickers)
glue if using cheerios or pom poms
something to color with if using the black and white version
Instructions:
Click on the link of your choice (below) to print the template.
Black and white version: Color the poppies in but don't color the circles (leave those white)
Use a bingo dauber, stamp the circles. This is good motor skills practice for toddlers and preschoolers but is still fun for older children.
Alternatively, you can glue cheerios, pom poms or stickers to the circles.
Optional: Bingo Dauber worksheets make pretty good chore charts for kids.
Rather than just stamping all the circles in all at once as a craft project hang the unstamped sheet on the fridge or chores area along with a list of goals for them to work on.
As the children accomplish their goals, let them stamp or sticker a circle on their worksheet.
Once all of their circles are stamped, all of their goals should be complete.
The only catch is that the list of goals has to match the number of circles on the worksheet. You can make your life a little easier by putting a number of circles "earned" for the different tasks (some tasks can be worth 3 circles, others worth 2 and some worth 1). This makes it a little easier to make the tasks add up to the circles.
