Jellyfish Coffee Filter Craft

Thanks so much to Louise for sharing this idea with us!

Materials:

bulletcoffee filter
bulletclear plastic cup
bulletmarkers or pens
bullettissue paper (or wool/string)
bulletclear tape

Instructions:

bulletleave the coffee filter intact and colour with pens, wet and then dry as for the coffee filter fish
bulletthread some string throught the base of a plastic/paper cup so it hangs upside down, and then thread the string thought the base of the coffee filter so it hangs upside down over (and hiding ) the cup
bulletcut long thin streamers of tissue paper (or use wool or string) and stick around the base of the cup and coffee filter to make the tentacles.

They look great, the kids played around with them for an age and now they hang form the bedroom ceiling as decoration.
