Alan Alexander Milne (1882-1956)

A. A. Milne was a British poet, playwright and author who grew up and spent most of his life in London.  He was born on January 18, 1882.

A.A. Milne's most recognized works are his Winnie the Pooh stories, but he was also a prolific children's poet and author of many adult books.
