Homemade Silly Putty 

• 1 cup school glue
• 1/2 cup liquid starch

Mix ingredients and knead a bit.  Set on wax paper to play with.

Store in ziploc bag.

NOTE:  I had a viewer write in and mention the brands you use actually impact whether the above recipe works or not.  I use Elmer's Glue and Sta-Flo concentrated liquid starch.
