POEM - "Joyful as Navy"

Joyful As Navy

If I was to introduce myself as a color

I would be a navy joyful blue!

Blue is the deep wavy sea, which is my

soul, which I keep.

When I’m navy I feel like telling

secrets, to my friends.

I’m joyful as navy, but warm like

the blue skies!

But navy isn’t always a happy shimmering

and shiny color, but its also a glittering and

gloomy navy, a sad navy.

Sometimes I feel blue, when I’m lonely, and

have nobody to talk to.

Navy is my thoughts and feelings, that

makes me feel blue!

I’m as blue as rain, I’m lonely when

It rains, rain makes me blue.

Blue is showers that cry at night.

Blue is not just what I am, or what

I feel, it’s also my favorite

Color!

But I’m still, joyful as navy!
