It's her version of the Valentine's Day Caterpillar. 

"I loved the valentine (heart) caterpillar.  It's so easy to make( I have a 3 1/2 year old and an 18 month old) - We decided to take it up a notch and decorate our door.  Here's a photo of our big Valentine Caterpillar.  We used red and white printer paper, free cut the hearts, and black construction paper (free cut in a curved line) for the antennas, legs, and one pair of "shoes".
