It's her version of the Blue's Clues cake decorated differently to make a Dalmatian.

"Hi there. My daughter is totally in love with 101 dalmatians, and I could never find a cake to make for them.  I used the template I found here on DLTK for Blues Clues and changed it a little.  I love the way it came out and wanted to share a picture of it with you!"

NOTE:  You can get black icing in gel form at the grocery store
