         Contributed by Michele of Freehold, NJ. Thanks! One of my favorite accompaniments to our Traditional Easter Ham dinner is my Fruit Conserve. Here is how to make it:  |

			 (No Picture Available) Fruit ConserveIngredients: 1 Can Each (drained)  Mandarin Oranges (small can)  Red Pitted Cherries (large)  Pears (Large can)  Peaches (Large can)  Pineapple Chunks (Large can)  1/3 Cup Brown Sugar  Approximately 10 Crumbled Coconut Cookies  1/3 Cup of Sherry Directions: 1. Butter a 9 x 13 glass oblong pan. 2. Pour the very well drained fruit into pan, crush cookies on top, dab with butter and spritz a little bit of Sherry on top. 3. Bake in the oven at 350� for 30-40 minutes. 4. Serve HOT! Serves about 10-12 people. 5. Hope you enjoy.  |
