One of my favorite accompaniments to our Traditional Easter Ham dinner is my Fruit Conserve. Here is how to make it:

(No Picture Available)

Fruit Conserve
1 Can Each (drained)
 • Mandarin Oranges (small can)
 • Red Pitted Cherries (large)
 • Pears (Large can)
 • Peaches (Large can)
 • Pineapple Chunks (Large can)
 • 1/3 Cup Brown Sugar
 • Approximately 10 Crumbled Coconut Cookies
 • 1/3 Cup of Sherry
 1.  Butter a 9 x 13 glass oblong pan.
 2.  Pour the very well drained fruit into pan, crush cookies on top, dab with butter and spritz a little bit
     of Sherry on top.
 3.  Bake in the oven at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
 4.  Serve HOT! Serves about 10-12 people.
 5.  Hope you enjoy.
