You can also print the Picture Recipe Card in color or black & white for this recipe. This drink is low in fat, high in flavour and rich in vitamins. (to all of my American friends out there, I finally broke down and started spelling color without the "U" so you could find things with the search feature, but I still spell flavour the "right way" *grin*)
The frozen fruit makes the drink nice and slushy. If you don't have frozen fruit, subsitute 1/2 cup of ice for 1/2 cup of the apple juice.
You can add 1 Tbsp of ice cream or frozen yogurt if you like, but I prefer it without.
