Cream Cheese Brownies
Ingredients:
 • 4 squares unsweetened chocolate
 • 3/4 cup (1-1/2 sticks) butter
 • 2-1/2 cups sugar
 • 5 eggs
 • 1-1/4 cups flour
 • 1-8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
Directions:
 1.  Preheat oven to 350�F. Grease a
     13x9-inch baking pan.
 2.  Microwave together the chocolate and
     butter on high setting 2 minutes.
 3.  Stir in 2 cups of the sugar and blend
     well.
 4.  Stir in 4 eggs and 1 cup of flour.
 5.  Spread this mixture in the greased
 5.  pan.
 6.  In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese,
     gradually adding remaining
     ingredients.
 7.  Spoon second mixture over batter already in pan.
 8.  Swirl together lightly stirring with knife to create a marble-like pattern.
 9.  Bake for 40 min. Be careful not to overbake (unlike some cakes, a toothpick inserted, will still have
     fudgy bits on it even when the square is completely baked).
 10. Makes 24 squares or 36 small squares
