Pink or Chocolate Lamingtons
Ingredients:
 • Lamington sponge (angel cake)
 • Coconut
 • Chocolate icing
 • Raspberry jelly (Jello)
 • 1 large plate
 • 2 side plates
 • A wooden spoon
 • Two tongs
Directions:
 1.  Chocolate Lamingtons:
 2.  Cut squares of lamington sponge.
 3.  Dip the lamington sponge square into the chocolate icing.
 4.  Dip the chocolate-coated lamington into the coconut so the lamington is coated with coconut on all
     sides.
 5.  Use the tong to place the chocolate coconut coated lamington on a plate to stand.
 6.  Pink Lamingtons:
 7.  Dip the lamington sponge into the red jelly until it is coated on all sides.
 8.  Take the jelly-coated lamington and dip it into the coconut until it is coated on all sides.
