Ice Cream Dessert Ingredients: 1/2 cup margarine 1 cup fine coconut 1 cup yellow sugar 1 cup slivered almonds 2 cups Captain Crunch cereal 2 litres of ice cream Directions: 1. Melt margarine in a pan 2. Brown coconut, yellow sugar and almonds in margarine 3. Add Captain Crunch and mix well. 4. Spread half the mixture on the bottom of a pan (either cookie sheet or cake pan) 5. Spread ice cream across the top of the mixture 6. Spread the rest of the mixture on top of the ice cream |
