Ice Cream Dessert
Ingredients:
 • 1/2 cup margarine
 • 1 cup fine coconut
 • 1 cup yellow sugar
 • 1 cup slivered almonds
 • 2 cups Captain Crunch cereal
 • 2 litres of ice cream
Directions:
 1.  Melt margarine in a pan
 2.  Brown coconut, yellow sugar and almonds
     in margarine
 3.  Add Captain Crunch and mix well.
 4.  Spread half the mixture on the bottom of
     a pan (either cookie sheet or cake
     pan)
 5.  Spread ice cream across the top of the
     mixture
 6.  Spread the rest of the mixture on top of
     the ice cream
 7.  Freeze
