I teach the 2nd grade and under Sunday School class at my church. I have used this site ever since I started for great ideas. Last week our lesson was over Joseph's coat of many colors. My class always loves to snack on something during the lesson, so I try to think of snacks that relate to the lessons.

Joseph's coat of many colors snack
Ingredients:
• Plain or non-decorated gingerbread cookies
• 4 pack of writing icing (different colors)red, blue, yellow, green
Directions:
1.  I layed the cookies on the table and let the class take turns putting about 4 stripes of each color on
     each cookie.
2.  They loved making their own snacks and especially eating them!
