Jello Cake
Ingredients:
1 white cake mix
1 large box of your favourite Jello flavour or holiday color (Green for St. Patricks, Red for Christmas,
Canada Day or Valentines, Orange for Halloween...)
Frosting
2 cups powdered sugar
3 teaspoons juice (Juice flavour should match the Jello flavour)
Directions:
1. Mix cake as box recipe directs
2. Add box of Jello
3. Bake as cake mix directs
4. Mix frosting while the cake bakes: mix 2 cups of powdered sugar and 3 tablespoons of juice until it is
runny
5. When cake is just out of the oven poke holes into the cake with a knife or fork.
6. Pour frosting all over the cake and allow it to absorb through holes and let cool
