Thanks to Sherry for sending in this idea!

Tasha (age 8) can made this recipe on her own (the no-cook kind), but I try to give her a hand whenever I'm "allowed" *grin* -- it's good mommy/daughter time. (I melt the chocolate.) This is really easy. No oven involved, just the microwave.

Church Windows
 • 1/4 pound margarine
 • 12 ounces chocolate chips
 • 1 cup chopped walnuts
 • 12 ounces colored mini marshmallows
 • 7 ounces grated coconut
 1.  Melt margarine and choc chips together for 1 min in microwave, stir and microwave for additional 1 min
until melted and smooth (make sure you stir before you put it on for more time, as stirring often
     finishes off the melting process).
 2.  Put marshmallows and nuts in a large bowl; stir in chocolate/margarine mixture.
 3.  Tear five 9-inch sheets of waxed paper and sprinkle each generously with coconut.
 4.  Divide dough into fifths and place each fifth on a sheet of waxed paper.
 5.  Roll tightly into 2-inch diameter logs and refrigerate overnight.
 6.  Before serving, unwrap from waxed paper and cut into 1/2" slices.
