Tasha (age 8) can made this recipe on her own (the no-cook kind), but I try to give her a hand whenever I'm "allowed" *grin* -- it's good mommy/daughter time. (I melt the chocolate.) Makes 35 eyeballs.

Eyeballs
Ingredients:
 • 1/2 cup butter, softened
 • 1 1/2 cups peanut butter
 • 1 lb icing sugar
 • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
 • 12 ozs white chocolate
Directions:
 1.  Mash the butter and peanut butter together (fun for the kids!).
 2.  Add the icing sugar and vanilla and mix thoroughly.
 3.  With your hands, shape into small 1-inch balls and refrigerate on waxed paper for half an hour.
 4.  Melt the white chocolate over a double boiler or just use the microwave. If using the microwave, heat
for 5 to 10 seconds, remove and stir and then another 5 seconds, remove and stir, etc until it's
     melted.
 5.  With a toothpick, dip the "eyeballs" into the chocolate, covering all but a small circle on the top.
 6.  Let cool on waxed paper.
