Candy Cane Card

Have the children use mini candy canes and use two to form a heart on the cover of a "card" of folded construction paper.  If you're using full sized candy canes, use card stock as you'll need the sturdier base for the heavy candy canes.  Attach with a bit of scotch tape. 

Write "Happy Valentine's Day" or a similar message into the center of the candy cane heart and give the card to a friend.
OR
Use the candy cane poem (usually a Christmas thing).  Place a copy of the poem inside. Present to a church member as a special Valentine with a message.
