Drop of Blood Paper Craft

June 12th is World Blood Donor Day, a day to celebrate the gift of donating blood. Blood transfusions can help save countless people, so when people donate blood they are saving a life!
This cute and simple craft is a great way for kids to celebrate World Blood Donor Day and learn about the kindness of donating blood.
Materials:
- paper,
- printer,
- scissors,
- glue,
- marker,
- coloring supplies.
Instructions:
- Print out the craft template of choice.
- Color (if using the black and white version of the craft) and cut out the template pieces.
- Glue the eyes and nose onto the middle of the drop of blood.
- Glue the arms to the side of the blood drop.
- Glue the legs onto the bottom of the blood drop.
- Use a marker to draw the mouth onto the drop of blood (below the eyes and nose).
Templates:
- Close the template window after printing to return to this screen.
- Set page margins to zero if you have trouble fitting the template on one page (FILE, PAGE SETUP or FILE, PRINTER SETUP in most browsers).
