Description:  

Both of its eyes are specially adapted to collect any available light and can distinguish the surroundings, even in complete darkness. Its name comes from the words 'nocturnal' (see at night) and 'owl'. A nocturnal owl that will attack any bug Pokémon it sees.

 

Available in Gold, Silver and Crystal -- to get one, evolve from HootHoot or find on Route 2, 8, 12, 13, 14, 15 or 43 (night)
