Marshmallow Toffee Bars Ingredients: 1/2 cup butter or margarine 300 ml can of condensed milk 6 x 56g MacIntosh Toffee (on the candy rack in your grocery store) bag of large marshmallows Rice Krispies to coat (Use the holiday box with red and green Rice Krispies if available.) Directions: 1. Combine the butter, condensed milk and toffee in a double boiler and melt it. (Takes about 10-15 minutes) 2. Pour some Rice Krispies on a baking sheet 3. Dip the marshmallows in the toffee mixture to coat 4. Immediately roll the toffee covered marshmallow in the Rice Krispies |

5. Place on wax paper to cool. 6. You can make them ahead of time freeze them. (Darren says they taste best frozen anyway *grin*) 7. Enjoy!!!!!!! |
