Deep-Sea Macaroni Salad Ingredients: 1 cup shell macaroni uncooked 1 cup cooked peas 1 (7-ounce) can flaked tuna, crab or shrimp 1 small grated carrot 1 stalk celery, diced 1/3 cup mayonnaise 2 tablespoons sugar 2 tablespoons vinegar � teaspoon salt Directions: 1. Cook macaroni following package directions. 2. Drain; rinse with cold water. 3. Place in medium sized bowl with peas, tuna, carrot and celery. 4. Combine mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar and salt. |

5. Pour over other ingredients. Toss lightly. 6. Serve in lettuce cups, garnish with hard-cooked egg wedges and tomato wedges, if desired. 7. Makes 6 servings. |
